Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. Return requests for new, unopened items within 10 calendar days of delivery will be considered. All returns will be for store credit and/or exchange only. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us within 10 calendar days of delivery of said item(s) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We currently ship to any address within the United States with the exception of the State of Kansas due to sales tax regulations in Kansas for online sales by small vendors. We do anticipate offering our products in Kansas in the future. If you live in Kansas and would like to be able to purchase our products, please send us an email on the Contact Us page.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can usually be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
